Rapallo North and Rapallo South are iconic Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach condominiums. 

Built in 1973, many of our local residents either once lived here, or had friends who did.  Rapallo’s central location, social events, beautiful views and well run management have made it one of our most popular condominium choices in West Palm Beach.

The towers are sister buildings, however, each has their own Board of Directors and amenities.  

Each tower has 156 units and 19 floors.   Before moving in, all residents (owners & tenants alike) must be approved by the Board of Directors and pass credit / background checks.  The Rapallos allow leasing, one time per year with a minimum stay of 3+ months.  

The Rapallos are Pet Friendly with governing restrictions to maintain cleanliness and order.   Rapallo North & South are full service buildings where you will be greeted by their 24/7 Door Person upon arrival home.  They have on-site management and maintenance staff.  Both have beautiful heated pools, meticulously maintained gardens, fitness centers, business centers, social gathering rooms and are restricted smoking building.

Parking is easy, with assigned spaces for each unit, ample guest parking and some units have dedicated carport parking.
