The Rapallo WPB

Rapallo North and South are iconic Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach condominiums. Built in 1973, The Rapallo North and South are part of our Palm Beach history. Many locals either once lived here or had friends who did. 

The location is fantastic, very close to the heart of WPB and Worth Avenue. The building management often arranges social events, so it’s easy to make friends here. The condos have beautiful views of the Intracoastal; the higher floors also have views of the Atlantic Ocean. 

Rapallo North and South are sister buildings; however, each has its Board of Directors and amenities. 

Each tower has 156 units and 19 floors. The Board must approve all residents, owners & tenants alike; leases are accepted once per year with a minimum stay of 3+ months. 

The Rapallos are Pet Friendly with governing restrictions to maintain cleanliness and order. Rapallo North and South are full-service buildings where their 24/7 Door Person will greet you upon arrival home. They have on-site management and maintenance staff.

Both Rapallo North and South have heated pools, meticulously maintained gardens, fitness centers, business centers, social gathering rooms, and are restricted smoking buildings.

Parking is easy, with assigned spaces for each unit, ample guest parking, and some units have dedicated carport parking.
