La Palma

La Palma is located in one of the most popular and active neighborhoods in our area: the George Floyd Par 3 Golf Course and multiple fantastic restaurants are within minutes.  Right outside the front door is a bicycle trail and across the street is the beach via La Palma’s private deeded access.

Built in 1971, La Palma’s central location, social events and beautiful views have made it one of our most popular condominium choices on the island of Palm Beach.  

La Palma has 91 units and 6 floors.  Before moving in, all residents (owners & tenants alike) must be approved by the Board of Directors and pass credit / background checks. 

La Palma allows leasing, one time per year with a minimum stay of 3+ months. 

Consecutive year leasing is allowed.  La Palma is not Pet Friendly, however Service and Emotional Service Animals are allowed as per the law.   La Palma is a full service building where you will be greeted by their 24/7 Door Person upon your arrival home.  They have on-site management and maintenance staff.  

La Palma has a beautiful heated pool, meticulously maintained gardens, fitness center, social gathering rooms, golf and bicycle storage rooms, barbecue area, and is a restricted smoking building.

Laundry is allowed in the units, and there is also a laundry facility on each floor.Parking is easy, with assigned spaces for each unit, ample guest parking and most units have dedicated carport parking.
